Please send all questions about the new series (US$20 and US$40) of reports by email, not telephone. With respect to the new series of reports, please read the FAQs below before emailing.


FAQs

1. Reports - in PDF format - are available for download after payment. Download instructions are automatically emailed to you on clearance of payment. Download instructions normally arrive in a couple of minutes, but can take up to 30 minutes to arrive. If you have not received an email with download instructions 30 minutes after payment has cleared, please let us know and we shall forward your report. In the rare instances where this happens, it is likely that your email server has rejected our incoming messages and we recommend you email us an alternative email address and your telephone number.

2. There is no table of contents available for the new series of reports beyond, what is already shown on the website.

3. All current reports are available on the website. You may use the 'Search' box at the top of this page.

4. Clients in Egypt have reported issues with paying for reports. We apologise for this. Please email us and we shall resolve the issue.

5. Customer support for the new series of reports is limited. If you feel you need more in-depth research or consultancy, we are happy to offer a price quotation.
